The BORN Residential Project, located in El Cortecito – Playa Bávaro, Bávaro – Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. ​

1. Introduction:

• BORN is a Tourist Residential project consisting of 3 buildings with a total of 75 apartments. ​
• Each building has 25 units, and all apartments have 2 bedrooms. ​
• The approximate area of the apartments ranges from 1,119 sqft to 1,205 sqft. ​
• The penthouses on the 5th level also have a rooftop for private use. ​
• Construction is scheduled to start in January 2024, with delivery expected in January 2026. ​

• The project offers various amenities, including a pool, gazebo, gym, lobby, solarium, security, and 3 elevators. ​

1. Reservation and Payment Plan:

• To reserve an apartment, a payment of U$3,000.00 is required.
• The payment plan includes an initial down payment of 10% at the signing of the contract, 40% during construction, and the remaining 50% against delivery.
